1. Cancellation Policy
- Contractual Engagement: Organic Appointments Agency operates on a contractual basis. By signing a contract with us, you agree to the terms specified within that contract.
- Cancellation Notice: Clients may cancel services by providing a 15-day written notice via email to admin@organicappointments.com. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the notice period, during which we will complete any remaining obligations as per the agreement.
- Early Cancellation: In the event of early cancellation within an active contract period, fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable.
2. Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be given if it is explicitly mentioned in the contract and signed by both parties. In such cases, the refund process will be initiated within 5 working days of approval.
- Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of our lead generation and appointment setting services, all fees are non-refundable once the services have commenced. We do not provide refunds for completed services, partially completed services, or services already in progress.
- Discretionary Refunds: Refunds are provided only at our sole discretion in exceptional cases where services have not yet been initiated. If you believe you qualify for a refund under these circumstances, please reach out to us at admin@organicappointments.com.
- Deposits and Retainers: Any deposit or retainer paid to secure our services is non-refundable and will be applied toward the cost of services agreed upon in the contract.
3. Termination by Organic Appointments Agency
We reserve the right to terminate our services if we determine that continuing the engagement is no longer feasible due to reasons such as:
- Non-payment or late payment of fees
- Breach of terms or any other misconduct from the client’s side
In such cases, no refund will be provided for the period already completed, and you will be notified in advance.
4. Modification of Policy
Organic Appointments Agency reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes to the policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after any modifications signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
